The Space Game has been unplayable since Flash died, and not because of Flash. The SWF everyone archived is a 16 KB loader that phones a server that no longer exists. I used Claude to read the obfuscated bytecode to work out the server protocol so we could mock the server. The game runs again.18 June 2026

I had Claude and Codex each build the same change to JST, then review each other, then needed one result. So I gave them a way to merge their own work: one shared branch, a turn file as a baton, one commit each, take turns. A couple of years ago I built a todo app with nothing but HTML and JS, and a question stuck with me. What would a front-end component look like if the server could stream it down like htmx, but it still ran on the client like Alpine, with no build step? JST is my answer, and it's live.15 June 2026
